Refund Policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every Pro feature is free to try for 14 days with no card. If a purchase still isn't right for you, here is how refunds work.

 

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of:

• your first purchase of a Pro annual subscription
• each yearly renewal of your subscription

No reason is needed.

 

After 14 days

• You can cancel at any time and keep Pro access to the end of the year you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
• If you hit a problem we cannot fix, contact us and we will look at it fairly.

 

How to request a refund

Email Contact@PageOnPDF.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number. Your order number is on your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly from the link in your receipt.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and PageOn returns to the Free version. Your files are not affected.

 

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
