What is PageOn PDF?

PageOn PDF is a full PDF editor and a drawing markup tool in one app. Anyone can use it to read, edit, sign and organise PDFs. Technical teams also get calibrated measurement, takeoff, revision compare and redline reports, so you don't need two separate programs.

 

Who is PageOn PDF for?

Anyone who works with PDFs: engineering firms, contractors, inspectors, offices and individuals. You only use the tools you need, and the rest stay out of your way.

 

Is it a full PDF editor?

Yes. You can edit text and images, fill and create forms, sign, run OCR on scanned pages, redact, and combine, split and reorder pages, all in one place.

 

Which devices does it run on?

PageOn PDF runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) and Linux, and there is a web version you can use in any browser. Get it from the Download page. On iPad, iPhone and Android, open the web app and add it to your home screen. A Mac app is on the way; until then Mac users can use the web app.

 

How do I get started?

Download PageOn PDF from the Download page and install the free version. Then start your 14-day Pro trial from inside the app. No card is needed until you are ready to purchase.

 

Can I use it offline?

Yes. PageOn PDF runs on your device and works without an internet connection. It only needs to connect at least once every 30 days to check your licence. If it can't, Pro features pause until it does, and your files are not affected.

 

Do my files get uploaded anywhere?

Only when you choose. Your documents stay on your device and OCR runs locally. A document only leaves your device if you send it for signature (we keep it for 30 days after the request ends) or use an AI tool, which sends it straight to the AI provider you picked.

 

Can people without PageOn see my markups?

Yes. Markups are saved as standard PDF comments, so they show in web browsers and most PDF readers.

 

Can I open CAD drawings?

Yes. PageOn PDF opens DXF drawings, so you can review and mark them up alongside your PDFs.

 

Pricing and licences

 

What does it cost?

There are two options:

• Free: view PDFs plus basic markup: highlight, underline/strikeout and sticky-note comments, with no time limit.
• Pro: one yearly subscription for every Pro feature and every update, priced in your local currency.

At checkout you'll see your local currency and any applicable tax.

 

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every Pro feature is free for 14 days, and no card is needed. After the trial, PageOn simply carries on as the free version.

 

What happens if I cancel?

You keep Pro until the end of the year you've paid for. After that, PageOn carries on as the free version and your files are not affected.

 

How many devices can I use?

Each licence is for one named person on up to two devices. If you get a new device, you can move your licence from your account.

 

What is your refund policy?

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying, with no reason needed. See our Refund Policy for details.

 

Teams and companies

 

Do you offer team or volume pricing?

Yes. Team pricing is by quote only, and every user gets every Pro feature. Companies also get an admin portal to add and remove people. Email Contact@pageonpdf.com and we will put together a quote for your team.

 

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Companies and other organisations can pay by card at checkout or ask for an invoice or purchase order. Email Contact@pageonpdf.com with:

• the number of seats
• your billing details

 

Can licences move between staff?

Yes. Your company admins add people by email, remove them when they leave and reuse the licence straight away, from Company Admin Login on our website.

 

Who is the seller?

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoices. PageOn PDF is made in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
